Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the rules for using the iDrawing website, tracing app, help service, and linked contest experiences.
Effective 15 August 2026Accepting these terms
By using iDrawing, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are under the legal age to accept online terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The website uses privacy-limited analytics by default, unless a browser privacy signal or saved choice disables it. You can change this at any time with Analytics choices in the footer. Analytics is not used for advertising or profiling; details are in the Privacy Policy.
Using iDrawing safely
iDrawing turns a phone screen into a lightbox for tracing visible drawing lines onto real paper. Place the phone face-up on a clean, stable, dry surface. Use suitable paper, keep the device from moving, and trace with gentle pressure.
- Do not press hard, use sharp tools, or trace on a hot or damaged device.
- Stop if the phone becomes unusually warm.
- A parent or guardian should supervise younger children.
- Follow the device manufacturer’s safety instructions.
Accounts and Ask for Help
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate account information and do not share passwords or verification messages.
Ask for Help is for genuine questions about iDrawing. Do not send abusive, unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unsolicited content; attempt to access another person’s requests; or interfere with the service. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service.
Drawings and content
iDrawing and its website content, branding, software, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the app and its tracing pictures for personal, non-commercial creative activity unless a specific screen or contest rule says otherwise.
You keep ownership of original content you create. When you intentionally submit content for support or a contest, you give us the limited permission needed to receive, review, display, and administer that submission for its stated purpose. Separate contest rules may request additional permission and will control that contest.
Contests and third-party services
Contest eligibility, deadlines, prizes, judging, submissions, and permissions are governed by the official contest form and rules available when you enter. A parent or guardian should review the rules before a child participates.
The website links to services such as Google Play, Google Forms, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Those services are operated by others and have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep iDrawing useful and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, iDrawing is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. You are responsible for using your device, paper, tools, internet connection, and third-party services safely.
Law, contact, and changes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory rights available under the law where you live remain unaffected.
For questions about these terms, contact idrawing@nativedevps.com. We may update the terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows when this version began to apply.
