Privacy Policy

Information we use

You can browse the public iDrawing website without creating an account. When you sign in, Firebase Authentication processes account information such as your email address, display name, sign-in provider, verification status, IP address, and browser details needed for authentication and abuse prevention.

When you use Ask for Help, we receive the concern you choose, your message, conversation replies, timestamps, request status, and technical request identifiers. The browser also stores a random installation identifier and keeps your signed-in session on the device.

• Security signals from Firebase App Check and Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Basic device, language, region, network, and request-log information used to operate and protect the service.
• Privacy-limited website activity such as visited page categories and selected buttons when analytics is enabled.

How we use information

We use information only when it is reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve iDrawing.

• Create and protect your account.
• Send, display, and manage your Ask for Help conversations.
• Detect spam, fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
• Meet legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

Service providers and external links

We use service providers to run parts of iDrawing. Google Firebase provides authentication, App Check, and Google Analytics for Firebase. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the help form from automated abuse. Our hosting and API providers process the information needed to deliver the service securely.

Google Analytics helps us count privacy-safe website journeys and improve navigation. It is not used for advertising or profiling, and we do not send names, email addresses, account IDs, support request IDs, messages, or form content. Analytics data may be processed internationally by Google under its safeguards.

Contest entry uses a separate Google Form and may link to Instagram or YouTube. Information submitted on those services is also governed by their own privacy terms. Review those terms with a parent or guardian before submitting.

Website analytics choices

Website analytics starts enabled unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or you previously turned analytics off. Google Analytics may set first-party _ga cookies for up to 60 days without rolling renewal. Event and user data retention is configured for two months with reset-on-activity disabled.

Use the permanent Analytics choices button in the footer to turn analytics off or on. Turning it off denies analytics consent, disables future collection in this browser, and removes iDrawing-owned _ga cookies where the browser allows it. Advertising storage, Google Signals, advertising personalization, and Ads linking remain disabled.

Children and families

iDrawing is designed for families, but account, support, contest, and social-media actions should be completed or supervised by a parent or guardian. Children should not include their school, home address, phone number, passwords, or other unnecessary personal details in a support message.

Parent or guardian: please review any information before a child sends it through iDrawing or a linked service.

Retention and your choices

We keep account, support, and security information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, including resolving requests, protecting the service, and meeting legal obligations.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. Some records may need to be kept where required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted connections, App Check, CAPTCHA protection, request limits, and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries outside the United Arab Emirates. Their contractual and technical safeguards apply to that processing.
